Wynelle is a motivational speaker, mentor, trainer & empowerer of  youth leadership helping them find their

purpose in life and for more than 24 years has been a missionary to youth in Latin America and the Caribbean.

She has helped build 43 churches and educational facilities both physically and financially while recruiting and training

candidates for specialist training in ministry/missions for home and abroad.

Wynelle has appeared on networks of television shows including TBN and is a regular guest on Praise the Lord & Enlace

(Spanish Christian TV). She received an award for the “Most Outstanding Woman of the Year” in 1988 for her ministry to youth.

Wynelle has also received her Masters in Business Administration /Global International Business. She has been invited to speak

at major events all over Latin America and the Caribbean attracting hundreds of youth in youth explosion events in  both music and

ministry in word in English and Spanish.

She has preached a National Youth conference for over 3500 youth in Acapulco, Mexico as well as large stadium crusades.

She has also toured with the National Youth Leadership team throughout Mexico training youth in three-to-four day events in

30 different cities.  She has preached a tent crusade outside of Montreal, Canada bringing several churches together for

youth explosion events.

Wynelle is founder of the umbrella organization R.O.A.R. (Rivers of Anointed Revival) Ministries which has launched

“Chosen 4 Action International”. This organization has been involved in training raising funds for missions while helping

churches overseas.  Her goal is to ultimately help train and mentor young people in churches and organizations throughout the

world where there is a need. Currently through R.O.A.R. ministries “Chosen 4 Action International” has launched a Youth

Leadership and Mentoring Program for youth of ages 16-35, single or married.

Wynelle is the author of two training manuals written specifically for youth leadership, Ordinary is Your Enemy,

which helps youth find their purpose in life and From Promise and Provision to Possession, which teaches youth

how to give and start their financial success.  She has traveled throughout the USA teaching and placing youth with

these training courses.

Wynelle has dealt with youth who have come from broken homes, drug ridden lifestyles, and entangled in spiritual warfare.

She has seen hundreds of youth set free from bondage and delivered in her meetings as God uses her mightily in deliverance

crusades. Young people from her meetings today are serving in ministry positions worldwide and are products of God’s mercy,

grace and freedom and their discovery that they are a solution to something in this life and there is purpose for them. Wynelle

speaks, reads and writes fluent Spanish and served as a translator for the Juvenile Courts of Texas which enabled her to become

more effective in ministry with the youth of today.  She also taught the Spanish language for two advanced programs for middle

School students in grades 6-8 which makes a difference in the training of today’s youth.  Wynelle is now hosting her own television

program for young people and soon to be launching a new television program in Spanish in Latin America.

Wynelle and her family have active roles in the ministry as well. The main offices for their ministry are located in Texas.
